Matcha covers the whole booking: finding a service, requesting a time, confirming the deposit between you, and recommending each other afterwards. That record helps the next client decide who to book.

    When a provider asks for a deposit, both sides see whether the receipt is pending, approved or rejected. Profiles show a reliability score and recommendation record. Matcha never holds the money.
